Sourdough sandwich bread made from a blend of sprouted white, red fife, emmer, and spelt flours. Lightly sweetened with wildflower honey and enriched with flaxseed, chia seeds, and coconut oil. Each loaf weighs a little over one pound and is baked as a 9" long sandwich-style loaf.
